Portable Emission Measurement System(PEMS)

The equipment adopts a split design and can be used for RDE test and hub test of different types of vehicles such as gasoline, diesel, gas, hybrid, etc. The gas and particulate matter analysis modules can be used separately, and the test of CO and CO₂ adopts non-dispersive infrared technology ( NDIR), the test of NO, NO₂ adopts non-dispersive ultraviolet technology (NDUV), and the test of PN adopts the principle of diffusion charging method (DC). The technical route and test principle of the equipment are in full compliance with the national VI and Euro VI regulations.

Gaseous Pollutant Analyzer

It can detect a variety of gases including CO, CO₂, NO, and NO₂. Among them, CO and CO₂ detection use non-dispersive infrared technology (NDIR), and NO and NO₂ detection use non-dispersive ultraviolet technology (NDUV). At the same time, the sensor has been optimized for constantly changing mobile test scenarios to ensure high-precision measurement.

Particulate Matter Analyzer

It can accurately detect the particle number concentration (PN) with a particle diameter of 23nm or more, and can expand the detection function of the particle mass concentration (PM). The PN test adopts the principle of diffusion charging method (DC), the upper limit of detection can reach 2×10⁷#/cm³, and it is equipped with a volatile particle removal device to ensure data accuracy. Through the number concentration inversion algorithm model, the reliability and adaptability of the test system are greatly enhanced.
